Insurance Information
We participate with most health insurance carriers providing coverage in Orange County and the Los Angeles County areas and vicinity.
In the event we don’t participate with your health insurance plan, you may be able to see us using your out-of-network plan. Our insurance coordinator specialists will be able to assist you with your questions regarding benefit coverage for your health insurance plan.
Our insurance coordinator specialists are also able to assist you with your questions regarding co-payments, annual deductibles and out-of-network benefits as well as questions about prescription medications. However, each insurance carrier offers several different benefit plans.

Medication Refill Policy
In the event that you need a medication refill, please contact the pharmacy directly or call our office and leave a message for the clinical staff including your name, date of birth, as well as the name of the medication.
Please allow for at least 3 days before your medication runs out, or 14 days for mail-order prescriptions.

Missed Appointment / Cancellation Policy
We do understand that things can happen and you might not be able to make your appointment as scheduled, but unfortunately when a patient No Shows or Cancels last minute it is too late to fill that appointment time with another patient who may have been in need for Urgent appointment.
We created this policy to make sure we have openings available in our schedule in case YOU need to be seen urgently when someone else is not going to show up to their appointment.
