- In the event we don’t participate with your health insurance plan, you may be able to see us using your out-of-network plan. Our insurance coordinator specialists will be able to assist you with your questions regarding benefit coverage for your health insurance plan.
- Our insurance coordinator specialists are also able to assist you with your questions regarding co-payments, annual deductibles and out-of-network benefits as well as questions about prescription medications. However, each insurance carrier offers several different benefit plans.
